Microsoft Word (.docx) is the preferred standard. We also accept Google Docs, rich text, and existing InDesign files (.indd / .idml). If you have LaTeX or legacy PDF files, let us know in your message.
Starter papers and articles take 3–5 business days. PhD dissertations and white papers take 5–8 days. Full-length books and multi-article academic journals take 10–18 days. Rush delivery (48–72h) is available as an add-on.
Each package includes dedicated revision rounds (1 for Starter, 2 for Standard, 3 for Premium). We mark up your layout comments on PDF proofs and resolve them promptly.
We accept secure payments via Stripe, PayPal, and direct bank transfer. Upwork escrow billing is also supported for clients contracting via Upwork. A 50% deposit begins project layouts, with the balance due upon final document approval.
